  39. Sorry to disappoint you, but I have been trying to order the book from
  40. Butterworth-Heinnemann for the past 2 months.  All I get back for that
  41. edition of the book is "Out of Print".  They offer the 1st ed. as an
  42. alternative, summat wot I already got.
